Rules

Horizon is for writing about software and AI that is worth someone’s time. In practice that means three things.

Write from something real. Experience, a measurement, a system you actually operated. Pieces that only restate what is already common knowledge do not earn attention.

Be honest about certainty. Say what you measured and what you are guessing at. A hedge in the right place is worth more than a confident sentence that turns out to be wrong.

Do not publish what is not yours. Quote and link rather than reproduce.
