Your writing stays yours. Publishing here grants Horizon the right to display and distribute the piece on this site and in its feed. It does not transfer ownership, and you may republish anywhere you like.

Availability. No uptime is promised, and no undertaking is made about how long anything posted here is retained. Keep your own copy of work you care about.

Removal. Stories that break the rules can be unpublished.
